The EOS 1D Mark II N is a digital AF high-performance SLR with a large, high precision 8.20 megapixel CMOS sensor. It is compatible with all Canon EF lenses (with the exception of EF-S lenses) and is suitable for spontaneous snapshots. In addition to high-precision autofocus, the camera has numerous functions for all types of photography, from fully automatic snapshots to professional artistic shots. Read this manual carefully to familiarize yourself with the functions and proper use of the camera. Before you use the camera for the first time, take a few test shots and check whether the images are recorded correctly on the memory card. If the camera/memory card is defective and images can not be recorded or read by a PC, Canon is not liable for any loss or inconvenience.
The copyright laws of some countries may prohibit the use of recordings of persons or certain objects for purposes other than private. Also, make sure that taking photographs at some public performances or exhibitions may also be prohibited. Verify that the following items are included with your camera.
